  Nothing like receiving a burger that a customer before you just complained about. So naturally after you ask for a new one they take it around the back hand it to the kitchen staff and they serve it straight back to you. DISGUSTING!!!
  
  Slow service as well but there were 2 customers ahead of me.
  
  Strongly would discourage going here. A complaint has been raised with the organisation and the local council

  Extremely bad customer service here. I was served by the female employee and to be honest, I have no idea what is up with her.
  
  The way female employee speaks to you is in an aggressive and arrogant tone. Answer any enquiries in a very hasty, hush and sarcastic way. But worst of all if you raise this issue with the company (Oporto) then get ready to be disappointed because they really do not care about customers.
  
  I lunched a complaint to Oporto head office about the rude employee's behaviour. The head office then passed my contact information to the employee I raised a complaint about without my permission.
  The employee then called me up and verbally started abusing at me over the phone. When I informed the head office about what just happened the response I got was pretty much like "whatever, we don't care, this is how we do things."
  At not point did they apologise for anything, instead just blamed me for the whole thing.
  
  I'm actually stunned as to how poorly they treat customers and yet still expects business. Absolutely disgraceful.
