  I had a really bad experience today at Mrs Fields Bakery, Frankston (Monday October 31, 2016). I went there for my usual morning coffee and waited patiently at the counter for a full five minutes while the older fellow who works there counted out his money for the cash register. Then a young woman arrived and he immediately looked up, said "Hello" to her and took her order. Meanwhile I'm still standing there, waiting. Note here that Phyllis, the boss, wasn't working this day. Now I'm not the type of person to make a scene about not being served or being served out of turn, and another young woman who worked there soon took my order and got me my coffee.
  
  But when it arrived I told the older man I was upset at having to wait while others who came after me were served. I then went away to drink my coffee.
  
  After a few minutes he approached me and said "You should not have waited like that. You should have got my attention". So in other words, it was clearly my fault I waited so long and was then served after another person who came later, even though I was standing at the counter a meter away from him. I told him that I would not return here for my coffee in future. Of course, he could have said "Look, I'm sorry about the mix-up. I'll get you a free coffee next time your come". But no, he didn't say that at all. Instead, he said "Ok, bye, bye" and turned around and walked quickly away
  
  Business is obviously pretty good at Mrs Fields in Frankston ! Go elsewhere is my suggestion.

  I love this coffee shop. Amazing coffee friendly service tgat gets to now its regulars. No longer a regular but still love the friendly service. If in the area it's a must stop for me.
